Though Angela Johnson-James values the life experience of having lived in several U.S. states, Canada, and Europe, she was happy to bring her real estate career back to Houston, where she was born and raised.
After her studies at Prairie View A&M University, the University of Houston, and Duquesne University, Angela worked for years in human resources and business management. She considers that professional background invaluable to her insights and empathy for clients.
Being personable, detail oriented, organized, and highly motivated are essentials in Angela’s success. She’s a certified expert in new home construction and a knowledgeable guide in all aspects of the real estate process. Her personal reward is the joy of helping people make major life decisions, whether purchasing, leasing, investing, or selling a home.
Driven to achieve, Angela doesn’t slow down in her spare time. She serves as vice president of the National Basketball Wives Association, is on the Women’s Advisory Board of Promise Keepers, raises funds for the Covenant House homeless youth shelter, and volunteers for numerous charitable events throughout Greater Houston. She enjoys traveling, reading, dancing, and spending special moments with her husband, Michael, and five daughters, who range from elementary school- to college-age.
